Data Controller

As the data controller, EDELEY is committed to complying with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on May 25, 2018, as well as the provisions of the French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés") of January 6, 1978, as amended on January 1, 2019.

The personal data (any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly) that may be collected on MEETWIN by EDELEY and its processors within the meaning of the GDPR include the following.

Personal Account Creation

When creating a User's Personal Account, the User's first name, last name, one or more photographs, and email address are collected.

Login

When a User logs into MEETWIN, we record, among other things, their first name, last name, location data, and payment-related information.

Profile

Using MEETWIN allows the User to create a profile, which may include an address, phone number, first name, last name, and profile picture.

Facial Recognition

As part of the facial recognition matching feature, MEETWIN may process biometric data derived from photographs or videos provided by the User for the sole purpose of analyzing facial similarities in order to suggest compatible profiles (the "Biometric Data").

Such processing is carried out only with the User's explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

This Biometric Data:

• Is not shared with third parties, except where required by law;
• Is not retained or reused for any purpose other than facial similarity analysis;
• Is stored securely; and
• Is automatically deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the intended purpose.
